My form field disappeared

Hello,

I have a problem with my developper instance. I created a table (which extend Incident table), and a module : now i want to update record form. I don't know what happened but i had a field "Short Description" and it disappear. When I check the table (typing the technical name in the search bar) I find my field in the record. Is it a cache problem or something else ?

As a test, I have attached the XML for my sys_dictionary record on task.short_description. Import this and see if it solves the problem. There may be related list records that have also been removed (like ACLs, etc), but since the label is still intact, I kind of doubt it.

The XML file is attached to this thread. You won't see it if you are looking at your inbox view. You need to click the topic title at the top to see the full thread and the attachment. Download it, use any list to select Import XML. Locate the file on your hard drive and go. Your sys_dictionary entry will be uploaded.

I don't understand what happened, maybe I did something wrong when I change the table form..
