My instance is not responding

Hi,

My instance is not responding. I've tried a couple browsers and sometimes it will let me log in but then freeze/only load a blank screen. I was working on a business rule running a glide record query that may be unending but I would have thought I could still log in to mark it inactive before it ran? So what's the next step?

Instance: dev17110.

Your instance seems to be online and functioning as expected now. Are you still seeing any issues?


Just within the last 15 minutes I was able to log back in without getting a blank screen or frozen instance. Not sure what the issue was or what changed.

Hi David,



I restarted your instance to kill some of the things running on it, which could have caused the issue you were seeing. Please review your instances /stats.do page as you are hanging semaphores as well as have a lot of long running schedulers.
