My Instance is stuck in with the message 'The instance is offline. Please check again in a few minutes.'. Cant wake up and wont refresh. Any help?

Here is how i got into mine
I went to my profile and clicked 'Refresh Instance'. There is about 5-10 seconds where the link to open my instance which is labeled 'Start Building' is active to click on and when I click on it, it actually opened my instance.
Interestingly enough, the 'Start Building' button does go back to grey and inactive and I get the messages:
Instance is Hibernating, please use the 'wake up' action in the action menu to wake it up
The instance didn't wake up. Report, or check again in a few minutes.
But i already have my instance open so, i think this is a message between the host for my PDI and ServiceNow not being in sync. It is being reported hibernating when it isn't?
Hope this works for everyone else having this issue.
