Unable to open Flow Designer from my PDI

When I click on Flow Designer in my Service Now window, a new window pops up but Flow Designer never loads. I just see a white screen.
Has anyone else faced this issue?

Hi,
- Can you give more information such as if you've used flow designer on this instance before?
- Did it just randomly start happening? Is it trying to load a flow or just the list view?
- Can you check your console log?
- Have you tried to clear instance cache by typing: cache.do and pressing enter in left-hand search?
- Can you logout/login, etc.
- Any other troubleshooting things you've done like that?

Hi,
I haven't faced that issue nor seen other questions stating that issue.
Maybe it's a web browser issue. Using recent version of Chrome or Firefox would help.
Following page lists web browser supported by ServiceNow.
