Unable to Request a PDI Instance

Hello! I released a PDI Rome instance I had, and now I cannot request for a new instance. I tried for the two versions available for me (Rome and Quebec) and both doesn't seem to work. I get the following message after requesting the instance: "We were unable to assign an instance to you. Please retry now or contact us". And nothing happens when I click on "Retry now".

This is happening for a while now and I don't know what to do. Any thoughts?

"The Developer Program no longer monitors the community for Personal Developer Instance (PDI)-related issues. To get PDI support, open the Developer Site < https://developer.servicenow.com > and click the Give Feedback button."

Thank you, Mark! I've sent a message through the Feedback button in the Developer site. Waiting for the feedback now. 🙂

I did not get a response yet from the Feedback I provided, but I was able to request a new instance just now. Not sure what caused the issue, but it is working now.

Hi Mateus,

I would use the feedback button at the bottom of the page on the developer site (on the page where you're seeing the message) to let that team know you're having an issue.
