Hello,
I have a question regarding AI Search. We currently have it installed for our Service Portal but now our Knowledge Portal which cause discrepancy in results depending on where you search. Can AI Search be installed on the Knowledge Portal? We've tried to enable it but cannot SAVE the configuration when it's selected.
