Possible to have multiple search fields in related search for incidents?

Hi ServiceNow community!

 

I am currently trying to improve our related search feature in our incident forms for similar resolved incidents. When testing my similarity solution in the predictive intelligence view I can test the solution with both the short description and description field at the same time, which predicts reasonable results.

 

However, when configuring contextual search for the related search feature, I have tried to configure so that it can use both short description and description as search fields, but it seems to only be able to use use one of the fields at a time. This leads to that no similar resolved incidents are found.

 

My question to you is: Is it possible to configure for two search fields simultaneously in the related search feature?
