Hi SN Experts,
When filling out the form users are shown a list of HR Knowledge articles/Catalog Items matching their problem description before they submit.
I was able to make this by Nav > AI Search > AI Search Assist > Record producer configuration.
there is config created for this purpose.
1. I want to restrict presented Items to show only records in the HR knowledge base and HR catalog.
2. I don't want the expanded article to show the Authors name and the shopping cart icon on catalog items should be replaced with the standard request logo.
Please let know if anyone knows how to configure this.
