I get the same result when searching for "adobeacrobat" and "adobe acrobat" on our portal.
I think adding "adobeacrobat" as a synonym for "adobe acrobat" should fix your issue.

I just tested my idea on a non PRD instance and it works as designed.
See https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/yokohama-platform-administration/page/administer/ai-search/co... for more information on synonyms.

Hello @Johan van den H ,
Thank you for your reply! I’ve already tried the synonym solution, and while it works, I was wondering if there’s a more automatic way to handle this.
The issue is that users often search for terms like “adobeacrobat” instead of “adobe acrobat”, or “thinkcell” instead of “think cell”, and it’s not scalable to manually add synonyms for every possible variation.
Why doesn’t AI Search behave more like Google Search, where even partial or concatenated words return relevant results? Is there any built-in mechanism or configuration that could help with this, like token normalization or ignoring whitespace automatically?
Thanks again for your help!

My other thought was that this isse should be handled by Typo handling as it seems to be a typo in the search term.
But in your adobeacrobat issue the system does not recognise it as a typo of adobe acrobat.
The documentation does not provide an option to "upgrade" the Typo handling mechanism as far as I know, but maybe someone knows how to add new typo's to the system?
