AI Search on Service Portal

We have AI Search enabled on the service portal (non-otto). Is there a table where what user types into the search is logged?

I just installed this in dev and when I click on the insights button I get a message that no KPIs available. 

Do I need to install something else or do I just need to wait until a job runs? I have performance analytics.

Unsure of this as I haven't utilized it myself, but according to product documentation it is stated: 

Note:

Immediately after installation, the AI Search dashboards will be empty. The dashboards may take up to an hour to populate with results.

Still no data under insights but that may just be related to dev and not being a lot of data to look at.
