Hello everyone,

I have a requirement to auto assign the assignment group of incident table, using short description in predictive intelligence.

Help me with the steps or business rule / client script script that will trigger.

Hello Pavan,

 

Unfortunately, we still do not support ML on a PDI, so you cannot train Predictive Intelligence solutions or make predictions on them. Please use a Sub-Production or Demo instance for your ML PoC.
