Automating the transfer of a case based on predictions

Context: We are interested in leveraging our Predictive Intelligence model to accurately predict the HR Service and Request Type values during case submission. By doing so, we can ensure that even if a requestor enters incorrect values, our system will automatically update them. This will effectively route the case to the appropriate team, ensuring efficient handling.

Context 2: Regarding the transfer process, we are utilizing a transfer logic where the case number remains unchanged.

 

Issue: Is there a capability that will allow us to transfer the case (without a change in case number) based on the prediction conditions?
