Error encountered while training a classification model using Predictive Intelligence

Hi All,
I am trying to train a classification model based on the incident table using the Predictive Intelligence module. I am facing the following issues.
1. NSE0016:Failed to execute component Preprocessor : Schema and number of arrays unequal[ERROR: Encountered while training the model]

2. Capability field in the solution definition record automatically changes to Workflow Classification.
