How to navigate advanced page when we search "virtual wall" in global search bar

Hi Community Team,

when we search for keyword as "Virtual Wall" in global search bar on CSM portal once we submit, then after that's navigate or access to exact below page and in that page we need knowledge articles, catalog items, and announcements like below page can you please any one help me about this.

Hi Mark,

this is not our Portal link its a external page image . when we type as "Virtual wall" then navigate to other page like above page.
