Hi @shruthij ,

Follow below steps.

  1. Add Categorization Prediction to Incident Form.
    1. Go to System UI > Forms or configure the Incident form using the form designer.
    2. Drag and drop the "Prediction Result" field onto the form.
    3. Save the form layout.
  2. Create a New Incident: Enter details into fields like Short Description, Description, or any other fields that are used as inputs for the model.
  3. Trigger Prediction: If the prediction is set to run automatically on field entry or record save, the predicted category will appear in the designated Prediction Result field.
  4. Verify the Result
    1. Check the predicted category or values in the Prediction Result field.
    2. Compare it with the manually assigned category to evaluate accuracy.

@Runjay Patel Thank you for this solution

But in the form designer I don't see the  "Prediction Result" field

Can you guide me how can I see that field

Check the step 1, I have mentioned the same.

@Runjay Patel

I have checked that field I have not found but should I need to create that field or will it be coming with the task intelligence plugin
