Hi @shruthij ,
Follow below steps.
- Add Categorization Prediction to Incident Form.
- Go to System UI > Forms or configure the Incident form using the form designer.
- Drag and drop the "Prediction Result" field onto the form.
- Save the form layout.
- Create a New Incident: Enter details into fields like Short Description, Description, or any other fields that are used as inputs for the model.
- Trigger Prediction: If the prediction is set to run automatically on field entry or record save, the predicted category will appear in the designated Prediction Result field.
- Verify the Result
- Check the predicted category or values in the Prediction Result field.
- Compare it with the manually assigned category to evaluate accuracy.
