Icon on Suggested Result

When doing a search on the employee portal, the suggested result has a different (default?) icon. We would like to make this a shopping cart to match the other search results.

 

According to this (How to change the item icons in the search results on portal where AI Search is enabled - Support an...) we need to look at View Templates, but I'm not sure which one we need to edit.

That looks like a Genius Result.

 

You cannot alter the OOTB Genius Results, although you can Clone and alter them.

 

You will find the definition of the Genius Result under your Search Profile for Employee Center. You will probably see these 3 Genius Result Definitions:

 

  • People
  • Catalog Item
  • Q&A

Hi Paul,

 

Thank you for your response. I can see them (see attached screenshot) but am not sure what to do with them?

 

As for the support post you sent through, I checked them and it looks like the marker type is already set to icon (see attached screenshots) on both.
