Issue Auto Resolution for HR - refuse query submitted question

Hi there,

I hope someone can help us with the following strange issue. In our Xanadu DemoHub, the IAR for HR somehow refuse the submitted query. When the Bot analyze the submitted query, it quickly forward it to an agent and place a note on the case that it is better to forward it.

 

The IAR for HR on HR Case table is active (otherwise the Bot not even checked the case) but i see on the backend that the bot not even query on the ai Search application "Issue Auto Resolution for HR". The AI search is active (checked that) and run test query to see if there is results coming out. What else could it be? I have checked the restricted Caller Access, but cant find there anything. Maybe the bot still cant read the submitted query - description field. Anyone have some ideas what i can check / need to configure. Thank you.
