Hello there,
I have NowAssist installed on my instance but still I am not able to enable NowAssist in AI search. Any idea why its acting like this?

1. Check the Genius Results config exists for Now Assist Q&A, which will be installed by the Now Assist for AIS application -
2. Open the Search Profile and click on the "Genius Results" tab, and click on the "Link Existing" button -
3. Select the"Now Assist Q&A" for the Genius Results Configuration, set the Order, and click on the "Submit" button -
4. Now publish the Search Profile, and it will now display the NowAssist answer in the Genius Results on the Search Results page.
I hope this helps.
Note: "Now Assist Multi-turn Q&A" is to be used for Virtual Agent, and not the Service Portal, and therefore you should only use "Now Assist Q&A" for Genius Results on your Service Portals.
