I'm following an SN video training, ITSM: Activate and Configure Predictive Intelligence (min 27) (ServiceNow Community), and they're showing some pre-designed use case templates that I don't have access to. I've installed all the plugins that seem necessary to have them, but I can't get them to appear in my PI Workbench. Any suggestions?
