PI Use Case Templates

Hello everyone,

I'm following an SN video training ITSM: Activate and Configure Predictive Intelligence (min 27), and they're showing some pre-designed use case templates that I don't have access to. I've installed all the plugins that seem necessary to have them, but I can't get them to appear in my PI Workbench. Any suggestions?

Need to plugin this:
Predictive Intelligence for Incident Management

IT Service Management

Plugin id: com.snc.incident.ml_solution
Then one can able to view workbench and use case and templates page

This is exactly what I am facing rn. There is no use case template to make a new use case for my model. Please provide the solution if you have got one.
