I'm following an SN video training ITSM: Activate and Configure Predictive Intelligence (min 27), and they're showing some pre-designed use case templates that I don't have access to. I've installed all the plugins that seem necessary to have them, but I can't get them to appear in my PI Workbench. Any suggestions?
how was it resolved? I am also having same issue. I have installed Predictive Intelligence for Incident and Predictive Intelligence for Customer service management.
But I don't see PI workbench use case templates. Can any one help me to see them.
