I see its sys_id is not included in the system property value of "glide.service_portal.enable_ais_portal.allow_list".
If this AI Search is faster and can provide much more relevant results, this seems like the first portal that customers would want to enable it on, as it's the search portal their agents are using on every interaction.

AI Search is not supported on the Knowledge Management Service Portal as of the Washington, DC release. We are targeting support (with some limitations) for the Xanadu release (safe harbor).

Hi
as you can read on https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/washingtondc-platform-user-interface/page/build/service-portal/ta...
AI Search is only supported in Service Portal, Employee Center (ESC), Consumer Service Portal, and Customer Service Portal. Custom portals must be built off a baseline of one of these portals to have the AI Search capability.

Thank you - that is amazing to hear, and I hope it does make the Xanadu release.

Hey Ashley,
I assume this did not make it into Xanadu? Is it still being targeted at all?
