Returning a clickable link in search

We enabled AI search.

When a user searches for Concur or Workday,  it returns a document we created with a link to those systems. 

Can we just return the link instead of the document, so its one click for the end user instead of two clicks

Try using a Service Catalog content item. They can be found under Service Catalog > Catalog Definitions > Content Items.
