I am attempting to create a Similarity Definition in ServiceNow that gathers group names from catalog item variables. I've got it mostly working except the group names which follow a pattern of 'PREFIX_SN_NAME' are being deconstructed into 'PREFIX', 'SN', and 'NAME' within the solution. This makes using it as a means to predict the same names again relatively impossible. I'm seeing in the documentation that underscores are treated as spaces, or otherwise a delimiter for predictive intelligence but cannot find any settings or properties to adjust that. is there anyway to honor the original name?
