Advanced Translation Request Management
You now have full control over the lifecycle of your translation requests. Cancel in-progress requests submitted, delete drafts you no longer need, and archive completed translations to keep your workspace organized. Your project home screen gives you a complete, real-time picture of all your requests at a glance.
From the home screen you can cancel localization projects that are in progress and archive any completed or cancelled request.
The addition of a new toggle lets you switch views so that you can view archived requests...
...and active requests

Guided Tours for Key Workflows
Getting started just got easier. Two new guided tours have been added to help teams get up and running faster with less guesswork.
The table below highlights the role required for each guided tour:

Access the guided tours by selecting the help icon at the top right of your interface.
Intelligent Due Dates for SLA Tracking
We have enhanced the due date feature that was released in our December 2025 release. When submitting content for translation, Localization Workspace now analyzes word counts and automatically recommends a due date giving you a realistic timeframe of when you can expect to receive your translated content which helps improve planning and releases content quicker.

Translation Method Summary
A new summary view lets you track exactly how your content is being sent to translation. Use these insights to identify process gaps and uncover cost-saving opportunities across your localization program.
From your dashboard, open the TRQ summary where the translation method used for the job will be displayed.
Language Asset Management — Terminology
This is the biggest feature that has been shipped this quarter. You can now upload, store, and manage your terminology directly within Localization Workspace. This is the first step towards an intelligent terminology solution that will automate terminology workflows using AI. Stay tuned.
To access the Language Asset Management space, select the new target icon from the left menu and select the Import Glossary button to begin adding glossaries to Localization Workspace.
After uploading glossaries, you can edit terms, their translations, and any additional meta-data directly from the workspace.
💡TIP: Use the gear icon on the right of the workspace to edit the columns and display the meta-data that best suits your needs
