Navigate to the UI Messages [sys_ui_message] table, filter the list by Key = Back and update the value in the Message column as needed. Note that this is going to impact all places throughout the platform where that UI message is used. Unfortunately, it is not possible to proactively identify all such places.

@CatarinaLima,
I can confirm we are aware of this one, and I can only apologise (I'm also aware of what the translation means 🙂). We think it was inadvertently caused by an app changing the core translation value.
As Slava mentions, if you would like to change it, absolutely you can and providing you make that change in an update-set on a sub-prod instance it wouldn't be overwritten in a future upgrade,
Again, please accept our apologies,
Many thanks,
Kind regards
