Hi, how to enable auto creation of localization tasks/ritms which uses machine translation for portal content, kb, catalog items

hi @hari8849,

I wouldn't recommend auto-generation of that quantity and size of tasks because the challenge will be understanding the correct "when" to trigger.

Currently it's not an ootb ability because it's not necessarily appropriate to go with when something is "updated" (such as the Portal, as that doesn't take into account Pages or specific Widgets), or next version (as per KB articles, because that doesn't take into account language source or status).

Currently, our recommendation would be to centralise everything with the Localization Workspace to cover this use-case.

It may change in the future, but right now I would not recommend trying to automate the generation of that much as that could be a lot of very large flows running potentially in an inappropriate manner (process wise),

Hi @hari8849,

In your "settings" you might need to ensure that the "project" tickbox is ticked for all settings records. Essentially the LRITM's would be compiled into one singular task related to the corresponding project, and depending on how much you've requested it could take a few minutes,

Hi @Alex Coope - SN , I tried this, creation of new localization RITMs were automatically linked to a localization project. However, once the search (or) creation of RITMs were completed, a new localization project record in draft state was created and attached to the translation request.
