Enabling Danish and Latin Spanish for the User

I want to enable the translation for the portal contents and OOB plugin is not available Danish and Latin Spanish for the Denmark and American user.

I don't see any plugins for Danish and Latin Spanish tasnlations .

except  " I18N: Spanish Translations" which is available.

To translate the Portal (especially in those language as we don't have Language Packs for the Ootb strings in those given languages) you will need to translate it following this approach:
