Message in Virtual Agent in Teams won't be translated

I have created an integration between Teams and Virtual Agent, and have translated most parts of the conversations to Norwegian using the sys_ui_message-table. But several messages won't be translated, even though I have created a record for it in the sys_ui_message-table. For instance the messages underlined below

I have also tried to edit the system property "com.glide.cs.available_topics_msg" that seems to be the one to set the first message, but the text is still the same. 


Any ideas on how I can solve this?

Good tip, but it says "MSG:" before the text I need to translate, and I have already added a record in the sys_ui_message-table. 

Then what Alex says might be correct, it's system issue.

@Maren,

I believe this was an issue fixed in a late SanDiego release and the Tokyo release. It should indeed be a [sys_ui_message] entry but I remember it not reflecting correctly properly in the UI. So it would be worth double-checking what release you are on,
