Translation capability for Email Composer

Do we have translation capability exist while using Email Compose in the HR Workspace? OR will ServiceNow able to translate the email on-demand based on the receiver's preferred language?

Activity stream might not be a problem, I guess. As it is related to HR Workspace, these users can be retired employee as well who usually don't have access to the portal. The most of communication happens over email. Due to this, we were looking for a way for an English-speaking agent to write a mail in English and based on the receivers' preferred language, they can receive the mail, similar to how it is handled for other notification using Dynamic translation.

Hi @Hardik10,
Well, anything is always possible. There's nothing technically stopping you using a BR to call the sn_dt API to do what you want to do. The only issue is you would have no control on the quality of the translation utilizing any real-time translation method (even if this specific use-case was ootb).
You'll have to weigh up the pro's and the con's, but I would ask that you raise an IDEA for this specific use-case and let me know it so I can upvote it and raise it in our next internal strategy meeting,
