Hello. I have created a currency field in a form and I am trying to change the settings for the displayed currencies. When viewing a list with this column displayed, the option exists to toggle between two currencies. I want GBP and EUR, but what is displayed is EUR & USD. System locale has been set to GB, so that does not seem to be the issue.
Does anyone know how to resolve this?

It toggles between the two currencies ServiceNow will 'know' about -- the system currency, and the currency that matches your user profile's country code. Since the system is in GBP, I'm going to guess you're either set to US on your profile or it's empty and the system is defaulting (for some reason - perhaps the item was originally entered in that currency) to USD.
If you set your country to France or Germany, it should toggle between GBP and Euros. This isn't an option if that's not your user's locale, though. The other alternative is to set the value on the form to have a fixed price. I have a post where I answered myself here: Re: Always use selected currency, having multiple currencies
The currency will then have 3 toggles: system currency, your locale currency, and the fixed price currency. Might want to make sure this will work.
There may be a better way by now, perhaps.

What you describe is price fields, not currencies.. There is no match with the user profile for currency fields. Instead, the two currencies are the system currency, and the currency entered (see also: http://wiki.servicenow.com/index.php?title=Localizing_Price_in_the_Service_Catalog#Currency ). There is no way of changing that other than changing the system currency and the currencies entered.

If you want o have more currencies available to you go to the System Localization >> Currencies and make "active" those that you want
