Pop up Message to all logged in service desk users after P1 raised

Hi,

How can I get a business rule message sim to show to all logged in users in the service desk group.

It shows ok for myself as I created the incident, but i would like it to show to all the service desk users that are currently logged in no matter what screen they are working on, problem\change\tasks...

On which screen you want the message to be shown?

What's your current script?

Hi Ankur, thanks for your reply,

I want the message to show on any screen they are on just as long as they are part of the servicedesk group, I don't have a script yet, was using the normal business rule with a message,

you can utilize the Broadcast messages feature for this.
