Having trouble locating information on a field named "Comments and Work notes"
We've currently got it displaying on our Incident form but cannot see any useful purpose for this when individual fields for Additional comments, Work notes and Activities (filtered) are already displayed as well.
In use, it just offers a more simplified copy of Work notes. Curiously, Additional comments don't seem to display here.
Was trying to find some documentation on this field so that I could better understand what all might be displayed here. In testing, I can't see that we'd be missing anything with it removed but just wanting to confirm there isn't something else I'm not considering.

Hi
I think it's a deprecated field, probably still used in UI11 but in UI15/16 we have the activity log instead

It does still work well for a list view, to see the latest activity in either field on the record.

I can't get it to work in Email Notifications. Is there any reason it would NOT work in that context?
