Hi Shabbir,
To the best of my knowledge, I am not aware of SLA templates within ServiceNow. Maybe the terminology you have used has a different term in ServiceNow platform. To what I can understand, SLA Templates are agreements of SLA timelines that are shared between the Service Provider & the Client.
I have attached a document with my response that goes with something of an SLA template.
