Does Procurement application has separate License?

Hello Experts,

I was searching for Subscription Overview in our instance and I could not find the Procurement application is listed in our subscription.

But when I am trying to install the Procurement plugin, it is shown as 'Free'. Does this mean, plugin do not have any license? Please confirm.

yes that plugin seems to be free-of-charge and also on the product page https://www.servicenow.com/products/procurement-service-management.html you cannot see any menu item "how to buy".

But as you need any ITSM license, you have to pay for the underlying product that plugin is based on.

To be sure, please reach out to your ServiceNow sales rep.

I have got information from Servicenow that based on our instance licensing model, this application is free for us to install and do not require any additional cost.
