We’ve enabled MID Server execution, reduced friction in setup, and improved alert routing to empower teams to catch issues sooner, resolve them faster, and operate more efficiently within the ServiceNow Platform.

🔧 Run synthetic tests from your existing MID Server 

Many of our customers already rely on MID Servers for discovery and integrations across their environments. With this release, you can now run synthetic HTTP checks directly from the MID Server, removing the need to install new infrastructure. This not only speeds up deployment but also reduces overhead by using architecture you already trust and maintain. 

 

Create HTTP endpoints without leaving the synthetic monitoring form 

Creating synthetic monitors just got faster and more intuitive. Users can now create new HTTP endpoints directly from the create monitoring form, avoiding unnecessary context switching or delays caused by missing CMDB records. For teams rapidly onboarding new applications or services this streamlines test setup and enables faster time to value on your monitoring journey.

🚨 Route alerts faster with support group assignment 

Efficient incident response starts with getting alerts to the right people. With our new support group assignment feature, each synthetic monitor can be directly tied to a specific team. By ensuring alerts are automatically routed to the correct group, we’re helping you achieve faster time to resolution, improving service reliability across your business, and reducing unnecessary noise for the rest of your team.
