ACC data extraction in an air gapped network

Hello everyone,

I need to implement ACC in a customer's air gaped network. Following is the link I am referencing for the same. (Posted by a ServiceNow Employee)

In the file provided in the above link (file attached below), it is shown that the data collected by ACC in the host machine needs to be extracted as a JSON file and then transported to an internet connected environment. However, the method to extract it as a JSON file is not mentioned.

Can someone please help me out with the method of how to extract the data collected by ACC in the host machine as a JSON file?

Hi Amit

Documents talks about ACC Scripts and Libraries not ACC Agent as this will need Mid Server Communication.

In My view when Deployed ACC Scripts ar executed output can be redirected to a file in JSON Format , How its not given in that PDF.

Please explore below KB for detailed working of ACC.

I went through the link shared by but was not able to find anything about the ACC scripts and libraries which I will need to deploy in the host machine.

Can you please let me know a bit more about what are these scripts and libraries and where can I find them?

Is there a specific procedure to implement those libraries and scripts in the host machine?

In GA docs i do not see much docs on these items . So as i stated earlier please connect with Service Now Support too.

Have you got your query answered. We also want to upload the JSON file produced to ServiceNow to be consumed by ServiceNow for CMDB population.
