ACC-L Data Input

I am trying to set up a Data Input for Health Log Analytics and I am selecting the Agent Client Collector type.

When trying to test the ACC Data Input I am getting 'Error while starting data input: SEVERE: Could not start Grpc client'. 

I have no idea what this means.

Any help?

Hey Hank,

Yes the HI ticket worked and they repaired it "behind the scenes". Once it was repaired, it worked and I did not get the error.

What article? Ultimately I had to have ServiceNow fix it behind the scenes.
