ACC vs Service Graph Connectors Data

Hello Everyone, 

How will data from multiple sources impact , such as Agent Client Collectors (ACC) and Service Graph Connectors like SCCM, be updated for records created by agents? What will be the discovery source for those records?

In cases where the same record is received both from Discovery and ACC,will it be updated.

Similarly, how will updates occur when data comes from Service Graph Connectors, without using reconciliation rules?

Hi @SK Chand Basha,

You can use both integrations but think in a way that they enhance each other - I've had a customer who wanted to collect many info as he could on their endpoints, but Intune SGC wasn't bringing enough data.

So we have installed ACC-V to read through the existing data and add more information like software installed, DNS names for IPs, etc.

You need to make sure your reconciliation rules are properly configured so they don't create duplicates, but to use a certain key to update existing records.
