Hello everyone! This question is pertaining to Active Discovery Errors. When running discovery on our Production instance we get a boat load of this entry: Sensor error when processing Horizontal Pattern: [Processing failed for unknown reason.] (sys_script_include.778011130a0a0b2500c4595ad1d1d768.script; line 27) .... Does anyone know what these are and how can we fix? Thanks!

Check your script includes for the script include with the sys_id 778011130a0a0b2500c4595ad1d1d768. That will be what it is referring to. You can chase the error from there.

I am getting this error as well. I have found that it is part of the DiscoverySensor Script Include. The line 27 only has the following:
throw e;
Not sure how this is creating the error though.

Hello Kyle,
I would open a ticket with HI because there have been some issues with the horizontal patterns and it's possible that this might be a known issue that they may have a workaround for already. Thanks.

I open HI ticket but they mentioned "That is more generic error. It doesn't mean that something is wrong with the script include. It only means that while performing discovery, there is a problem processing the data. It could be even NULL or no data retuned from device during discovery. We have to check what it is trying to process and why it is failing.".
They are asking me to debug the error.
Thanks,
Sudhakar
