Active, No WMI Connection and authentication credentials failure

When discovering the windows servers we are getting "Active, couldn't classify: No WMI connection" issue, device not populated in CMDB but the device is active. I done telnet for ports devices hitting successfully from server. Also discovery log showing these errors "Failed to access target system. Please check credentials and firewall settings on the target system to ensure accessibility: Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))" and "Authentication failure with the local MID server service credential.". Can anyone gone through this issue before then please help me out.

Can you check if credentials are correct? Also try to rediscover them once.
