Running into an issue where the status shows up but the host data collection shows 'collection failed'. I am able to run discovery against that same device and gather details without issue.

Hi Stephen,
Collection failed seems to be a different issue than the connection.
Can you try executing the check commands on the server and see if any issue with the check definitions?

Like execute the check commands on the computer that the agent is installed on that is having the collection failed message?
