Agents Reporting Zero Configured Checks

Dear Colleagues,

I hope this message finds you well.

We are currently in the process of implementing the agent client collector across approximately 2,000 servers, encompassing both Windows and Linux platforms. However, we have encountered an issue that requires your attention and expertise.

It has come to our notice that a small number of agents are reporting back to the instances with an empty 'Host' field value. Furthermore, upon inspection of the 'Agents' module, we have observed that the 'configured checks' field for these particular agent records is set to '0'.

We would be most grateful if you could provide insight into the potential causes of this issue. Your expertise in this matter would be invaluable in helping us to resolve this anomaly and ensure the smooth deployment of our agent client collector.

@mnkSFSP: is there anything in the ECC queue for these agents? It could be an issue downloading the ACC plugins to the target systems, running those scripts or processing the data back on your instance. See the troubleshooting guide attached to KB1122613.
