Alert Correlation Rule

Hi,

When we correlate the alerts, is there a way to bring all the CIs information that has been correlated into the description of the parent incident.

Hi @Shaziya_Sayed 

 

The purpose of correlation rule, is the result of primary and secondary alerts, and not change or set field values.

My recommendation is to use Service Operations Workspace, where you can see the related CIs in primary alert.
