All ITOM Roles

Hello everyone,

We are currently familiarizing ourselves with ITOM.
For each “module” there are different new roles that are added, as you know 😉
Is there/or does anyone have a general overview of what roles there are for all ITOM modules? (including description etc).
So from visibility, health, optimization, discovery, service mapping, etc.

Hey Amit, 
thanks for that, yes i am aware of it.
But I thought maybe there is, or someone did it for him/herself, an overall summary of all ITOM Roles + Description instead of going through all seperate documents 😉

I would suggest to start with cmdb CMDB 

Then move to discovery Discovery 

It will help you get started with your learning.
