Hi All,
I was wondering if there's any of you here who successfully integrated Sunbird PowerIQ to their instance and was able to recieve some form of payload.
I followed the documentation and setup everything in ServiceNow end as well as in Sunbird PowerIQ. But, for some reason I'm still not able to see any logs being triggered by Sunbird PowerIQ in ServiceNow.
Also, I tried to call the Scripted REST Service I created for PowerIQ in Postman and it successfully called the REST Service and triggered a log in ServiceNow.
What could be the issue here?
