Hi,
Can someone please suggest how to discover ATM devices using ServiceNow discovery?
Is there any OOB discovery patterns for ATM devices in Rome version?

I tried to look at this thread, but, it says that it is archived. Is there anyway to bring this back?

When you say "ATM Devices", do you mean the bank machines that take a card and pin and hand out cash?
If so, many of them run on Windows under the hood. If yours do, then the patterns should exist for them, but the challenges you will have will be access related, not pattern related. You need admin credentials, network access to WinRM or WMI, etc.

If they're running on another underlying OS, then you'd need to take a look at discovering that OS. If they're running a proprietary OS, then changes are they're not going to be supported by an OOB pattern.
If we're talking about a different type of device altogether, then please elaborate.

For Any device discovery there - Device support which Protocol for discovery.
Then comes the Device OS flavors ? if you have answer for above then technically it can be discovered.
