I'm trying to find out if there is a way to have the system automatically generate and assign tickets to my manager on a quarterly basis. I need the ticket to be auto populated with some basic text. Is this even possible? If this requires coding, please help me out with providing the code needed as I'm not familiar with coding.

Then you can create 4 similar templates and Schedule them on a Yearly basis on those specific dates.
So 1 would run at the beginning of every Quarter.

That would depend on you, on which dates you would like the Tickets to be created.
You can set the Repeat Interval to 92 days, so that the Ticket generation is Uniform.

Yes Chris Morrow - see my comment below and if you want it to run on the 1st, set it to run monthly on day 1 of the month

I don't want it monthly. It needs to run quarterly on the 1st of the month.
January 1
April 1
July 1
October 1
