Average Catalog Task Close Time

Hi All,

Now been struggling to create a report that enables me to check the Average time it takes for one of my agents to close a ticket.

Currently i have the report set as this

Type: Pivot Table

Table: Catalog_Task[sc_task]

Row: Assigned To

Column: State

Aggregation: Average, Resolve Time

and then the Filter Conditions are for eample;

Assignemnt Group         is         @User Administration

State                                                 is         Closed Complete

Currently i am seeing the correct agents from the Direct Link, but not seeing any time in Closed Complete.

What is shown to me is a completely incorrect number in average.

Any help would be completely amazing!

i am trying to do t his via a   report not through code.



also where would work_start and work_end be in the report to select?
