AWS Cloudwatch integration

Hi

We are working on integrating AWS Cloudwatch with Servicenow and then generate incidents from the alerts received in Event Management application.

The wiki link on this topic says that the URL is deprecated.

1. Set the Endpoint to: https://<user>:<password>@<instance>/evt_mgmt_proc.do. This URL is deprecated.

We are unable to find any other wiki article that provides latest information or alternatives. Is there any latest article that can help or any insights on how it is implemented would help.
